Newbie from Columbia, MD

Hello!

My name is Brian, and I live in Columbia MD. I am new to the RE community (and currently overloading my brain on information).

I will initially be a buy & hold investor, and have an interest in properties in the Baltimore county area and neighboring counties. I will be leveraging my purchases and using a HELOC on my current house (lucky to have a lot of equity as of now!) to finance my down payments.

Perhaps that's TMI -- anyway, that's my story. Looking forward to learning a lot from all of you.
