Hi everyone!

Just wanted to say hi and thank everyone that has contributed. I am (extremely) new to real estate investing and I have learned so much so quickly from everyone that has contributed/posted. 

I will be moving to Philly from Nashville in July and hoping to meet some locals to learn (and hopefully contribute) to.
