My name is Bjorn, and I am a Real Estate Sales Agent in the mountains of North Idaho. I have been a reader of Mr. Money Mustache's blog since the beginning, and today I had reason to review the post from a few years ago about the 50% rule and the 2% rule. Biggerpockets.com was identified as a fantastic resource.
I am branching out into seeking investment rental property for my clients, and it looks like this is the center of cutting edge collaborative success. I am ready to pull up a chair and learn, and if I can offer my own insights, I am happy to take part.
