New to BiggerPockets, From Charleston, SC
Hello Investors,
My name is Chris Capers. I live in the Goose Creek/Low Country, SC area.The closet Major City to me is Charleston SC; we made the top 10 vacation spot list for the Country.
I'm new to the site and a novelist to real estate investing. I've always had a strong desire to purchasing real estate and can instinctively spot property heading for distress. My 1st and 2nd single- family home were foreclose purchases. My original plan in 1997 was to purchase a home every year, but as many of you may know, Divorce has a weird EMP, effect on the best GPS route.
I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad, Played the Game many times. The BP site is very informative and I would like to thank the Founding Pioneers and @Joshua Dorkin, @Brandon Turner for creating this fabulous tool.
I'm interested in buying multi/single family homes, apartments, flipping houses, as well as buying hold in the Charleston Low County area. I'm excited and ready to get my GPS back on track!!
I Hope to build positive relationships with awesome like minded-people to change our futures in Real-Estate investing together. I welcome any Advice to help me on my journey.
