Newbie from Martinsburg, WV
Hello I am from Martinsburg, WV. I am just getting started with my real estate investing education. I have been listening to the podcasts for a couple of weeks. I love them! I also just started a real estate investing course at my local college. I have a question about the network. Is it ok to click on "follow" if I don't know the person, or do I request to follow? Not really sure how it works.

@Donna Salmiery welcome to BP. There is lots of investors active in our area and hubcityreia.com is a good place to network, locally. If you are interested in rentals, I should have a SFR in Martinsburg available in the next few days. It is a 2% deal and I can give you more info if you PM me...don't want to hijack your thread.
