New Guy in Tulsa, Oklahoma
I’m Tyler Vining from Tulsa, Oklahoma. My wife and I have three kids five and under.
Real estate has been an interest of mine for many years. Out of college I worked for a commercial real estate brokerage as an investment analyst. I absolutely loved my experience. But after two years of working 60 hours/week I decided to choose family over work and left the firm to stay at home with my family. My wife has a thriving work-from-home business so my goal is to start a business of my own.
I first heard of BP about 6 months ago. Since then I’ve listened to almost every podcast. I thought now it’s time to get involved in the online community and really start educating myself.
Buy and hold is my main interest right now. To get started I am thinking about the possibility of wholesaling a few properties and/or looking at smaller seller-financing deals.
Nevertheless I am excited to get to know some of you and hear about your experiences!

@Kevin LIVINGSTON Congratulations on your first investment. My goal is to do my first deal this year. I will be on the lookout for BA properties.
