19 Year old starting out in NOVA!
Hello BP!
Been lurking around for a while now and figured it was time to go ahead and make an account. Long.. well, short story short, I am 19 years old, located in the Alexandria, VA area, and very excited to start learning about real estate investing and sales! I have read several books on the subject but I have yet to really get out there and try it myself. I'm not sure if people will take me seriously at my age, hah! One of the challenges that I am facing is the price of living in this area. As a 19 year old, my income to expenses ratio is not great enough to really dive in yet, but i'm getting there! :) Any advice for a young kid in my situation would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
