Hello everyone, my name is Bert and I'm new to Real Estate Investing. I recently returned to my hometown of McAllen from the Chicagoland area (where I spent 6 winters but just avoided the polar vortex!). The reason for our return is my familiarity with the region and the people as well as a desire to leverage my long-standing relationships to establish myself and my company, Santino Properties LLC, in real estate wholesaling. McAllen has seen tremendous growth 2001-2011 and is poised for continued growth...

I am excited to get started in wholesaling and have consulted RE brokers, attorneys, title agents & other investors to familiarize myself with the local RE market. Also, I have been to my first county auction to begin assembling my local cash buyer list, and have joined the local REIA. I started my LLC and I am committed to my pursuits and eager to continue to learn by as much as I can. I have read a number of forums in BP and I can see the willingness of other investors to share their experiences which I am already grateful for.

I welcome any advice and I'm glad to join your community. Thank you for having me as a new member.

Best regards, Bert Taddei
