Newbie
Hi! I am a newbie "investor" trying to get my foot in the door. I joined a while ago and am just now introducing myself. I am a military man and my goal is to establish financial freedom for myself and my family. I am located in the Hampton Roads area of Chesapeake, VA and would love to network with like minded people. My plan is start with buy and holds and see where that takes me. I am currently working on my first deal and am excited and nervous at the same time. It is a condo (I know I know), but the numbers look really good even after overestimating monthly expense and underestimating market rent. So we will see. Other than that, I'm a die hard Redskins and Orioles fan and am looking forward to seeing you guys and gals out in the forums.
