Hello to all here on BP, My name is Aaron Howard and I am from the Kankakee, IL area. I have been located here for around 4 years now. I am orginally from Chicago,IL my kind of town. I was a Mortgage Orginator for 8 years in the South Florida market and the Illinois market. During that time I worked with buyers of all different types of properties and help place funding for serveral differnt types of properties. (i.e SFR, Multi-unit Properties, Fix and Flips, Retail commercial, and Construction.) After the crash of 2008 that probably took alot of us out of business I am currently a licensed insurance producer in the state of Illinois. From this point going forward I would like to gain as much information that I can in regards to wholesaling and fix and flips in this current market. Eventually I would like to grow into commercial real estate which has always fascinated me since I was a child. Bigger Pockets has attracted me with the plethora of information that is being maintained here on this social site.
