Newbie from Orange County, CA.
Hey BP gang! My name is Rick and my wife's name is Julie. We recently sold our manufacturing business in Orange, California and are ready to begin a new chapter in REI. We both share a passion for real estate, me on the business and labor side and Julie on the design side. Our goals are to one day have a ranch with a small lake or river that we can offer a respite to missionaries across the globe as well as a beautiful place to retire and watch our grandchildren grow. I'm very familiar with the Orange County market and have already landed a couple smaller size investors. We have already purchased our first Flip and things are going well, but we anticipate the next one will be a tad more difficult. I'm looking for like minded individuals who are interested in joining my team. I'm aggressive, hard working, and value integrity more than money. Money is not the answer, it is the vehicle!
On a personal note; BP.... THANK YOU!! I found your site last Saturday night while researching the legitimacy of a FAR more expensive "Guru organization" that stopped by Anaheim for a three day conference. The possibilities of talking with individuals at the top, middle and starting line of REI has rekindled my hunger for knowledge. You Rock!!.
