Greetings BP community! I have been investing in RE part-time for many years, including foreclosure purchases, rental properties, and speculative single-family construction projects. I am now focusing on performing and non-performing note investing. This activity sometimes leads to owning REO properties all over the US which I generally sell to other investors. I am impressed by the BP site and forum. The community seems quite vibrant and active, and I am looking forward to participating.
