Hello from Dallas!
Hi. My name is Vita and I am new to real estate investing. My husband and I are tired of living "paycheck to paycheck" and NEED to find something that works for us. We own a small business (unrelated to real estate) in the Dallas area, but the long term wealth from it is not enough for us and our two kids. I am currently finishing up my real estate agent course from an online school and will take my exam soon. We thought that getting a license would help my understand the real estate world better. The only experience I have with real estate is when we purchased our home in 1999. I have been reading ALOT in the last couple of weeks, and am really excited to be entering this new adventure in our lives. I am excited to meet everyone here on the forums!
