its actually cloudy right now if you can believe that, but the sun will be out soon, it always does.

I'm a new-ish investor with a couple of properties under my belt and I'm itching for a new project as I've run out of things to remodel on my own house.

I'm addicted to projects and I love fixing up the once broken and making it gorgeous.

I'm always on the hunt for my next fixer upper and am eager to learn all I can from this community.
