Hello BP!

As you can see, I hale from the great city of Grand Rapids, MI. I can't get enough of BP and I'm really looking forward to getting involved and building some relationships, both in Grand Rapids and on BP as a whole.

I'm still pretty green when it comes to REI. My wife and I purchased an up/down duplex in the Eastown neighborhood of Grand Rapids back in 2010 and lived there for about 2.5 years. I've managed it myself since then but we've had it pretty easy. It really is all about finding good tenants, and we've been extremely fortunate in that regard.

I currently have a pretty mundane IT JOB in the Grand Rapids area that allows for very little flexibility but is paying the bills. While I consider myself very lucky to have a job at all, my primary REI goal is to be able to leave the 9-5 behind and work my own(albeit busier) schedule.

Ok, that's a little about me. Feel free to leave a comment below, or PM if you'd rather. Thanks for reading!

Austin
