Hey Everyone! Ive been involved in real estate for since 2000, but mainly with rehabbing properties in Chicago area. I am becoming more interested in learning about the service business in RE. I always subcontract all the work (landscape/snow/contractors...) I'm curious, has anyone been able to complete an entity that handles it all without subbing anything?
