Hi Everyone!  My name is Jibu and I live in Northeast Philadelphia (grew up in Orlando, FL).  I started investing in real estate in early 2013 with a couple of buy-and-hold properties.  My goal is to transition into fix-and-flips on the short term, while still buying more buy-and-hold properties for the long term.  By profession, I am a CPA.

I learned about BiggerPockets by stumbling upon the podcasts, which are awesome!  I hope to come across many of the interviewees on the forum, among all of the other experienced investors here.

My biggest challenge right now is finding that first fix-and-flip deal and locating reliable contractors.  I have done a lot of reading and attended some seminars, but I am grateful to have found a live forum such as this.
