Hello all! I'm relatively new to the real estate business, but I plan to get more involved and hopefully make this my full time career/hobby. I've been reading the posts on this site for the last three days and can really see the value in getting involved with this community! I don't really have any interest in flipping houses, but am leaning more towards buying up rental properties. I look forward to hearing from those of you with experience and I am excited to expand my knowledge of the industry.
