Hi my name is Aaron Zuehlke, I am a buy and hold investor mainly investing in Single Family homes in Janesville, WI.  I have done 2 deals in the last 10 months. Both 3 bedroom ranch homes.  I am in the process of my third.

I do my own rehabbing as well as management at this time.  My ultimate goal is to become a full time investor investing in apartment buildings.
