Hey Everyone,

I'm a new young investor in New Jersey looking to Buy and Hold my first Multi-family. I was only introduced to Bigger Pockets a few weeks ago but have heard several podcasts already. This site looks like a great resource. 

Hoping to buy my 1st property by the end of the year and looking for some guidance.
