Hey BP, my name's Brian and I'm very excited to be a part of this website. It's been very helpful so far and the podcast's are amazing. I've listened to them non-stop it seems for the past couple weeks and have learned more from them than anything else I've read or watched previously.

So a little bit about me, I'm 26 years old and live in Orange County, California. I've been married for 2 years and my wife and I are renting right now. I'm new to real estate investing and have really only been researching real estate investing for the past month or so. I currently have a full-time job that I am very happy with and would like to keep. Therefore anything related to investing would have to be done part-time on my weekends. Luckily I generally have 3 to 4 day weekends so I feel like it shouldn't be too big of a setback.

I'm mainly interested in buy and hold properties and wholesaling, although since I'm new I would like to learn as much about other investing strategies as well in order to find my niche. I guess my main concern is just getting started, but I also don't want to fall into the trap of Analysis Paralysis. Hopefully this website can help me through the beginning stages. I also would like to stick to investing in Orange County, but property is very expensive where I live so I have also been thinking about investing in the Inland Empire or LA County as well.

Any advice is much appreciated! I'm happy to be a part of the community!
