Hi! My name is Barry and I'm an...okay, bad joke. Anyway, I represent my company 3isurveillance.com. I won't talk about them because I don't want to come across as spammy. I will say that we're committed to helping keep vacant property safe from trespassers.

I'm in the Richmond, Virginia area. I used to own a rental property, but lost it during the downturn. I used to work for a property management company. There's a property manager and realtor at my job now, so I guess I'm still connected to real estate.

My goal here is to be a helpful resource as well as a student.
