new Pittsburgh area BP member
Hello everyone
I'm addicted to the BP forums already! I'm new to posting, but looking forward to joining the community.
My full time career is as a systems analyst in a large hospital system. I have been a part time real estate investor for a little over 2 years. I currently have a couple SFHs that I renovated (REO and bought from wholesaler) and rent out. Some more experienced investors at our local REIA group have told me that I'm doing it the hard way.....looking forward to learning/implementing the easy ways...but habits die hard and I'm closing on another REO soon!
