Newbies!! Hey there!!
Hi!! My husband and I are new to REI and Biggerpockets!! Im happy this website exists!! We have learned so much from the forums, podcasts, etc. We are in the Tampa Bay area and are looking to get our first property. We want to start with flipping a property and wanted to use the Homepath program. I have researched the do's and dont's with Homepath financing. Are there any other avenues for financing and down payment assitance for investors?? Also, wanted to add we are getting rid of debt prior to purchasing the first one :)
