hey all,

I have been lurking and learning for awhile. Work email was blocking the email for sign up.

Finally got the sign up problem fix.  Been listening to podcast lately as I drive.  I drive a lot.

I have 2 town homes that I have bought since March. Both have been homepath.  Still looking for a few more this yr.  1st was a 2/2.5 took 3 days to rent 750/ month 

2 property is a 3/3 town home rent is 900/month lease starts 8/1

Neither are home runs but cash flow and gets my feet wet again.  

I did a flip in the 80s when I was young and new everything but how to do a flip

And had 2 rentals that I sold when I moved from Texas.
