Newbie from the DC-MD-VA Metro area!!
Hello all,
I'm Rashad, my mom and I have started a real estate investment business named Mount Vernon Real Estate. We are based out of Northern Virginia & would like to start off by doing business in the DC Metro area. I'm brand new to the business, but my mom has been doing it for years on her own. She owns a few properties down in Southern VA but she was winging it. Now we have more knowledge about what we're doing.
We're looking to start off with wholesaling plus buy & holds. We're looking to connect with other investors, cash buyers, rehabbers, etc. I'm very excited about joining this site & the possibilities real estate investing can bring!
