Hello everyone How are y'all doing? I'm in Lexington SC new to real estate investing but I'm a good listener(my fiance might say different when the panthers are playing) and a quick learner I'm here to network and listen. I'm currently going the wholesale route just to get my feet wet. I'm currently looking for Cash buyers,investor friendly attorney, investor friendly realtor, and anybody else who loves to give out knowledge and positive vibes...thanks and god bless

Good luck and make sure you research here and other places if you are looking to wholesale first.  I know a lot of people recommend it, but the last thing you want is to find deals you think are good and burn your rep or make other mistakes that affect others while you are new to the game.
