I’m Michael from Austin, Texas. As of right now I am a professional swimmer and will be pursuing my swimming career until the 2016 Rio Olympics and potentially beyond. I am very dedicated and put a lot of time into my swimming career and right now I love what I do. However, I do know that eventually my time as a professional athlete will come to an end and I will need to move on to something else. What better than real estate investing? I want to take the next few years to learn and slowly start investing in real estate. I’d like to eventually buy and flip houses, and buy and hold commercial real estate properties and become a landlord. I am currently in classes to attain my real estate agent’s license, am reading as much as I can about real estate investing and studying the local market.
