New Agent/Investor in Middle Tennessee
Hello all,
My name is Jeff McMichael and I recently became a licensed real estate agent (June 2014) but I feel my true calling is with investing. I plan to start wholesaling and possibly flip an occasional house or two but also produce multiple cash-flow properties in the process. Tax liens interest me as well but I need to learn more about it first.
I want to make a better life for my family and I feel like investing in real estate is something that will provide that peace of mind. It can also be passed down to my kids and their kids and so on. I'm in the process of building my buyers list and any advice will be greatly appreciated.
