New Member from Pittsburgh Area
Hi everyone!
I'm from the Pittsburgh area looking to expand my knowledge and holdings. Currently I have one property and I should be closing on my second property in the next few weeks. I have currently been searching the MLS but would like to start sending out direct mail in hopes to find motivated sellers. I have been reading many posts on here and can see this is an excellent forum.
