HI Everybody,

I'm really excited to be a part of this community.

I've always wanted to be a r.e investor, but it's either been lack

of time or money. I have however managed to invest in 2 properties over

the course of years. But these past 5 years have proven to me that I cannot rely on my  industry (advertising) for financial security. So now I have the impetus to really pursue r.e. investing.  Right now I'm specifically really interested in investing in student housing real estate for the high yield passive income possibilities.
