Hi

I'm investor_guy. Up here in Montreal, the real estate market isn't that fantastic. From what I get from the news, the united state isn't doing much better. If you have big pockets, you can afford to buy now, hold and sell when the market pick up...

Not my case.

Didn't seem like there was much hope until a friend told me about Dubai. I looked into it and realized that I already knew about Dubai, but this really opened my eyes. WOW. They say it's the biggest real estate boom in history. I can believe it...Dubai has monopolized all steel manufacturing and crane assembly for 3000 miles around. Investors and developpers are making money hand over fist.

So I got involved. Along with a few partners, we contacted developppers in Dubai and struck exclusive reselling rights for North America. Back in Canada, we set up shop and now...we're selling Dubai real estate.
