New membership from Mississippi

Hello, I live in Mississippi and have been buying and selling land and timber since 1987. All my inventory that I've bought this year has been sold within 60 days. I have never kept anything over 12 months and do not have any rental income. That's something I would like to get invovled in (rental income). I buy and sell hunting and investment property, actually wholesaling it to a strong following of clients allways looking for more. I did have my real estate license in the late 80's but didn't like listing properties for a commission.
