Hi guys, I'm new to the forum and new to REI. I've just made an offer on two properties today. One is a cash buy and the other is through a conventional loan. I'm looking to rent both with section 8. 3bdrms rent up to $1500/mo. Property #1 needs a lipstick repair. Maybe around 5k of work. Property #2 is completely rehabbed and shows great. Fingers cross wish me luck.
