Newbie from Connecticut

Hi All -

My name is Mark and I'm from Central Connecticut. I have been checking out this site for about a year and I finally decided to become a member.

I have been educating myself on real estate investing for a couple of years now, but other then reading books, going to seminars and networking, I have yet to take any real action. I know that RE investing is what I really want to do, but it has been hard to dedicate the time to really make things happen.

With a degree in Accounting, I'm currently working as an auditor while studying to sit for the CPA exam. Most of my free time is spent trying to learn more about real estate investing and I would like to start wholesaling in order to build up some capital for rehabbing.

I decided to join after reading so many helpful posts and realizing that I wasn't taking advantage of huge network of RE Investors. I really want to take that next step and start getting some deals of my own. I'm hoping that this site will help me take the next step.
