New to REI- Also in Central Florida
Just a quick hello to everyone here! It is amazing the wealth of information I have found here today. I will start out by introducing myself, I am currently a licensed Mortgage broker/Realtor here in Florida and after taking a BEATING for the last year I got tired of seeing some of my counterparts cashing in on REI.
Some very close people who I have worked with have agreed to join forces and "take the plunge". If its one thing I have learned today, is that I have A LOT to learn. Hopefully my relationship I already have with conventional lenders/Hard money lenders will pay off. I am really excited to get going. I appreciate all the information everyone posts here. Thank you and I look forward to corresponding with many of you!
