Hello everyone. I am Alan Troy from just outside of Nashville, TN. My wife Sabrina and I are new to real estate investing but have been long time spectators. Very excited to expand our horizons into the world of real estate. We are beginning out as wholesalers and will expand from that into rehabbing and rentals. I have identified the value of this community and look forward to talking with everyone about our future deals and your experiences too. My career has given me a wealth of experience in architecture, design, and construction and I fully intend to use all of that experience and knowledge from recent education (self- taught w/ help of BP) in getting started. My wife has recently left the corporate environment to focus full time on learning about real estate investing and we are excited for this new beginning. We look forward to gaining experience and being able to assist other investors feel comfortable as they get started.
