Hello everybody! My name is Frank Silla and iv'e lived in Buffalo, NY for the entire 27 years of my life.  Wow 27! Every year I feel older and older but every year I wish I was a year younger, strange how that works. Anyways here is a little bit more about me:

-As mentioned before I was born and raised in Buffalo
-My family has a history of flipping houses, from my grandpa to my father.
I went to the University at Buffalo and got a BS in Business Administration
-On a whim I applied for a job as a commercial real estate appraiser trainee and for the past 2 years ive been doing that.
-On top of working as an appraiser, I have my NYS salesperson license, even though I havent sold or bought anything yet. Needless to say I have a vast knowledge of real estate value, residential and commercial
-While being a appraiser can be rewarding im still not sure if its the career path for me. I really want to get into developing and rehabbing.

Goals

To network with people so I can hopefully obtain funding for rehabbing homes in the Buffalo, NY area
