Howdy from Memphis!
My name is Julia Blythe. My husband, David, and I have recently decided to explore our love for real estate further by jumping into our first residential reno flip. We have owned and managed a multi-tenant 10k sf office building for 2 years and from what we have learned from renovating that building, we have decided to give residential reno flips a try.
Our ultimate goal is to be able to have more family time available with our 5 yr old daughter. After recently, selling a 24/7 call center that we owned for years, it is time to do something we are truly passionate about and we want to be able to leave work behind when the job is done.
We are looking to close on our first flip in about a week, so any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
….. And yes, we have read both of J. Scott’s books. That’s what brought us here to you fine folks! ;)
