Hey Everyone,

I was reading the BP book about flipping houses and decided to come here and educate myself a little more about the opportunities in real estate.  I'm not really an investor at this point.  I just purchased my first residence recently and the entire process intrigued me enough to want to learn more about the real estate market.  

Anyway, just hoping to listen in on some good conversations and pick up some knowledge.  Maybe after educating myself a bit I'll be ready to start down this road :-)
