Newbie from Southeast Florida
Hello All:
I have been lurking for quite a while and figured its rude to not introduce myself. I am a real estate agent in South Florida. My goal is to finally get into real estate investing full time. I have always been intrigued with the idea from the age of 18 but I honestly did not know how to go about. So I went the "normal" route of obtaining science degrees that would never provide the freedom and money I wanted (not needed). So anyway I got my RE License found this site and have a notebook full of notes. My only obstacle right now is just jumping into it. Remember I am a science geek so everything has to have a formula. But I noticed that everyone on this site is savvy AND scientific. So I am working on savvy. My goal here is to learn how to make money from pre foreclosures ad foreclosures for now. Holding property in South florida is not feasible.
