Hello Everyone!
I am a "newbie" to the Real Estate world. I have been a stay at home Mom for over the past 20 years and now want to dig in and really help my hubby out financially to get us retired ASAP (we are LOVING the empty nest :).
We have money to invest and am THINKING about hoping to purchase a nice little minor fixer to hold onto as a rental. Am being told that the mid west in a hot place to maybe look due to appreciation (?)
I am also interested in Note Buying...can you recommend some Articles on that for me?
