Hello folks, My name is Michael and I'm a Mortgage Banker in Northern NJ. My company does Commercial and Residential origionation as well as hard money transactions utilizing our own funds... We also purchase a large amount of Foreclosures (Usually in $60MM Lots). We flip the majority but also seek investors to take some off our hands.. We usually purchase our blocks at 55% LTV and sell indivigually at 60-65% LTV.. I am looking forward to contributing on the forum. - Michael
