Houston area investors need local partner

Hello,
We are out of state investors in the Houston area and own many single family rentals. We are now looking to flip homes, we have contacts, financing, but we need a local partner. This individual would view the homes (these homes go fast, must be available), get estimates/oversee repairs & do some repairs. Also advertising, showing property to sell, ect...
