New Member from Tampa
Hello BP Community! I found BP about three months ago and I am very excited about joining the community. I work full time as an engineer and I am on the road quite a bit. While on the road I have had the opportunity to listen to many of the BP podcasts. I must say that I am addicted to listening to those podcasts.
I have always been interested in real estate, but like most other new RE investors I never gave it 100%. In the past, I read a book or two and even did a couple of deals but never was committed enough to continue. With the help of BP. I am ready to attack this with gazelle-like intensity (for those familiar with Dave Ramsey).
My next step is to join a REIA here in Tampa. I've googled it and found that there are a few of them. Can anyone in the Bay Area make a recommendation?
