My name is Cindy Trautz, and I am new to real estate investing. I am originally from the Los Angeles area, where I did obtain a RE license. That was a long time ago, and between then and now I have been in financial services. I've decided to come full circle, and return to real estate: this time as an investor. My plan is to work on wholesaling first, and eventually diversify into some rentals and lease options. I look forward to meeting some of you "locals" in the future!
I live in Plainfield, and I hope to specialize in single family properties to start.
