New member - Columbus, Ohio
Hello everyone! My name is JP Lococo and I currently reside in Columbus, Ohio. I am very new to the site and am looking to network and learn. I am currently work full time in the area but have recently been tossing around the idea of whole selling and/or smaller flipping projects to get started in real estate. I do like my job, so this isn't anything i'd be looking to do full-time but I am very interested in the idea of having a project on the side that can create some extra cash during a given year.
If anyone has stories or advice on how to get started or people to connect with in Ohio then let me know!
