Hello from Greensboro, NC

Hi-

My name is donny and I live in Greensboro, NC. The only reason greensboro is "on the map" is that we have so may universities UNCG, A&T, Guilford, Bennett. So there is always a need for rental housing. Plus a lot of people that go to school here decide to stay. I am a buy and hold person with the intent to pay down the properties as fast as I can. I also live in the properties to get owner occupied financing and work on the places while I live there. Right now I am looking for a duplex, so if you know of one in greensboro, let me know!
