New Journey in Nebraska
My wife Nancy and I are just getting educated on REI and will jump in soon. We currently live in Shawnee, Kansas - just west of Kansas City, MO. My job is taking us to the Omaha, NE area next spring. We may live on the Iowa side since that is where I was born and raised.
We would like to start with purchasing REO properties and then lease option with tenant. We want to make money but at the same time try to help others get into (or back into) a home of their own. We believe in the win-win-win scenarios. We may try flipping a house or two just for the experience, but would rather not do that long term.
We plan to find an investment club in Omaha area soon so we can start to build our team and network. Any suggestions on clubs and/or attorneys in that area for creating our LLC are welcome.
