new guy from Dallas, TX (dfw)
Hello all,
My name is Rene Martinez and I am from Dallas, TX. I am a full-time book keeper trying to get into the real estate investment game. I've been strolling through the forums for a while and finally decied to take the plunge and join today. The plan is to start flipping or wholesale in order to fund some rental properties.
I am looking for any and all information that may help me dive into the investing world (ie books, blogs, websites etc.)
Aso I would like to know if anyone does mentoring in the area and what I can do in order to better assist someone who would be willing to mentor me?
